PROGRAMMING. Architects have programming experience to assist and work closely with the client in the development of a building program.

PLANNING. Architects have master planning experience to provide assistance in facility surveys and analysis for a project's expansion needs.

LEED / SUSTAINABLE DESIGN. Building construction and operation has an enormous direct and indirect impact on the environment. Our goal is to create buildings that are responsive, responsible, and defensible. ENGINEERS. Engineering department specialists provide complete structural, civil, heating, ventilating, air conditioning, energy analysis, electrical, and plumbing design services.

SPECIFICATIONS. Our specifier is a registered architect and has earned the designation " Certified Construction Specifier" (CCS) from the Construction Specification Institute, and is experienced in materials, building products, and construction methods.

INTERIORS. Interior specialists are graduate interior designers with professional designations who provide design services in the field of space planning, color selection, fabric coordination and furnishings.

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION. A staff of experienced construction field representatives provide professional observation during the construction phase to ensure that projects are constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications.

QUALITY COORDINATOR. All documents are reviewed for completion of design, constructability, and function to reduce potential for overall cost changes during construction.

CONSULTANTS. The specialization and complexity of modern buildings occasionally requires that we add consultants to our design team. Consultants are selected based upon experience, qualifications, quality of past work, and dedication to client service. Consultants are integrated into the design team, by the Principal-in-Charge, to ensure design consistency and coordination.
